Hi, I’m Honey
I’m a biologist and mom of three girls. I first started diving into research on natural foods to boost milk supply and support postpartum recovery for my own journey. Soon, friends and family began benefiting from my advice and recipes. Today, I share them with every mom who cares about nourishing her body, feeling energized, and understanding the science behind the nutrients in a simple, mom-friendly way always backed by trusted scientific sources for those who want to learn more.
