I’m a biologist and mom of three girls. I first started diving into research on natural foods to boost milk supply and support postpartum recovery for my own journey. Soon, friends and family began benefiting from my advice and recipes. Today, I share them with every mom who cares about nourishing her body, feeling energized, and understanding the science behind the nutrients in a simple, mom-friendly way always backed by trusted scientific sources for those who want to learn more.

Savorathome was born from my own journey as a new mom a mix of love, exhaustion, and endless curiosity.
As a biologist and breastfeeding mother, I started reading scientific journals to better understand how my body worked during lactation and how food could support milk production.
What began as personal research turned into a passion and soon, into shared recipes and evidence-based guidance for my friends, family, and now, for every mama who needs it.
My mission is simple: to bridge science and motherhood.
